About Us

Assist Facilities in their efforts to control invasive species; propose projects that aim to increase on-campus biodiversity; maintain existing student-driven projects (such as the community forest garden, hibernaculum and other supports for reptiles and amphibians, plant nurseries, community gardens); fundraise to support and further develop these projects; raise awareness of nature-based solutions to climate change; create entry points for Seneca community members to participate in ecological restoration.

Members Benefits

The club would help to develop projects that assist the Facilities Department in removing invasive species and in developing projects which can help increase on-campus biodiversity. We will continue maintaining the forest garden that EVL installed last spring and the plant nursery that was built this fall, while also helping with some of the bigger ecology projects on campus, like fighting back Lady Eaton's periwinkle children and supporting endangered plants and animals that call our campus home.
